The Wheelhouse Theatre Company The Wheelhouse Theatre Company was founded in 2006 and is the resident company at The Colour House and its two neighbouring venues – The Chapter House Theatre and The Open Air Bandstand. The company is made up of a unique team of artists: actors, writers, directors, designers, musicians and technicians, all with distinguished and extensive theatre backgrounds, who work together to produce a wide variety of shows throughout their seasons. A central area in our canon is Classical theatre from Europe and beyond, staging productions of English writers such as Shakespeare, Ford and Webster to foreign masters such as Goethe, Calderon and Moliere. Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum Highlights of Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum include the Championship Trophies, a 200° cinema screen and a 'walk-through' of the men's dressing room as it was in the 1980s, with John McEnroe.
